INDEPENDENT INDIA? Facebook, WhatsApp, BBM, emails, text messages- all are overflowing with lengthy messages wishing Happy Independence day, containing phrases like- Proud to be an Indian & Jai Jawaan- Jai Kisaan!! So many people on whatsapp & Facebook have changed their DP to National flag! Are we really so proud being in India? NO!! Not everyone is proud of what India is. With hundreds of rape cases being reported every day, & so many murders being committed every hour, this response is obvious! Everyone wants to settle in some foreign country after completing their education. People are here not by choice, but because they no other choice yet! JAI JAWAAN- JAI KISAAN!!- doesn’t really suit our country where the jawaans don’t even get half of what they actually deserve……… where the kisaans are living ...
