Mothers’ Day

Mothers’ day is commonly celebrated on second Sunday of month May. It is observed to honor all the mothers all around the world for all their deeds & sacrifices for their children!
Mother- she is not just the one who gave us life… but the one who also taught us how to live J just one single day for someone who made you what you are is just too less than what she deserves!!!
Mom- our first teacher! Our savior forever!! J
She is the only one who taught me the meaning of unconditional love! She is the one who taught me how to smile even when she herself wanted to cry… she is the one who taught me to respect everyone.
She is the one who taught me that sacrifices are worth making. She taught me to choose what’s right rather than choosing something that seems easy. She taught me to fight for my dreams & never ever give up on them! She is the one who was always by my side no matter how big I messed up! ;)

“When pastries are three… & we are four. Mom says- “I don’t like pastries”!!!!!

She is the only one who keeps her likes & dislikes out of the list while deciding something for everyone. She always puts others concern first & hardly thinks about herself.
“She is not just a woman… she is an angel… She is a blessing…J

“First comes your mother’s love… then a dog’s love & then comes your sweet heart’s love!”- A Chinese proverb.

We can share anything & everything with her because we know we are not going to be judged. If we’re in trouble, she’ll standing by our side rock solid!! No matter how wrong we are… we are never alone- Mom is always there by our side whether it’s some complaint against us, some bad result. She always tries her best to make us escape from dad’s scolding... ;)

Finding her something to gift on this special day is extremely difficult. I mean, how can we choose to give her something in return for everything she did & still expected nothing in return..?
The least we can do is treat her the way she deserves, give her the respect she has earned.
“She taught me how to hold a pencil… I am teaching her how to use touchscreen”- best status ever I read!!!

On this special day, let’s take a resolution to make her feel proud!
Promise yourself to put a smile on her face every day, no matter how difficult days are for you… Sparing 5 minutes from your busy schedule won’t be that tough & trust me- it’ll be worth it!
“In the process of growing up, don’t forget she too is growing old…”
You can’t pay her back for what she did for you… all you can do is make her feel special every damn day.. J
Here is the best poem I ever read:

“Kabhi dost banker dia sath mera.. kabhi thaam ungli chalati rhi..
Kabhi raat bhar sabr di dor se, mere paalne to jhulaati rhi..
M rootha, akela hua jab kbhi.. vo mjhko hamesha manati rhi…
Bujhu na kahin waqt ki maar se, vo zindagi ka matlab samjhati rhi..
Kho na jau sahi raaste se kahin…, vo rasta mjhko hameha dikhati rhi…
Mere aangan me khushiya kbhi kam na ho.. vo duao ki daulat hmesha lutaati rhi..
Putt kaput sune hazaro… par mata su-mata kehlaati rhi…”

poem written By Ankur Arora ‘ANAND’

“We all love her from the bottom of our hearts… but not all tell this to her.
Go, speak your heart to her, it means a lot to her. It can make a big difference!!”

Happy Mothers’ Day!!
