The Aam Aadmi Tsunami!



10th Feb ’15- the day that will be remembered for a major change in the Indian politics! The two most powerful & oldest parties- BJP & Congress- fell badly this time! A newly established party without any political background kicked both of them bit too hard, right in their stomach!
Not just that congress failed to even open their account… the BJP lost the battle brutally!

67 seats for AAP
3 for BJP
 & Congress got none!

Not even 1 year has passed when the everyone was reciting- "ab ki baar, modi Sarkar.." & now today’s scenario was “ab ki baar, AAP 60 k paar!”

What a win for AAM AADMI PARTY! What a win for ARVIND KEJRIWAL! The MODI wave is completely perished in the national capital! BJP failed to get even 1/20 of the total seats! Congress failed even to score a single on the board!

Delhi made a major upset in the history of Indian politics!

A huge win for the party that had only one big face- Arvind kejriwal!
If I talk about AAP, everything went right for them! From their campaigning strategies to election results.

What went wrong for bjp?
Perhaps, the arrogance cost them the major election in the national capital!
The masterstroke of bringing in Kiran Bedi backfired badly! She even couldn’t managed to win her seat!
I remember when Kejriwal openly called Kiran Bedi for an open debate, she responded- “She’ll debate against him, later on, provided that he manages to win his seat!!!”
Well, he did win… but she couldn’t. The difference between confidence & arrogance, perhaps, made all the difference!
The 9 months of unfulfilled promises by the party plus the negative politics they used also played an important role in sweeping them off the feet!
Now, the AAP & the BJP both will be under a great pressure to perform because the bitter rivalry has taken deep roots!

At the end, it’s good for the country over all! Now, BJP will realize that having a star campaigner won’t win elections every time & the AAP has got a major responsibility to take care of because the margin with which they have won is bit too big & it clearly shows the faith of people in their party!

Let’s see if he’ll be able to match the level of expectation or there will be another upset during the next elections!
