Friends…!!!
We have
entered that period of time when the life has turned to a competition- a race.
Everyone is busy planning their strategies & making their way. We get so
much into the race that we don’t even notice who else is running besides us. We
notice them only when we fall, & they stop to pick us up… those idiots are
called ‘Friends’.
Friends- our extended family &
an integral part of our life. Without them, life would have been so damn
difficult.
“When I was
feeling low, they made me laugh…
When I was
getting bored, they were there to entertain me…
When I fell,
they picked me up…
When I did
some mistake, they stood to share the responsibility…
When I
failed to do something, they did it for me…
They are
friends… but their need & their favors never end….”
Just try imagining what life would
have been if we had no friends? I bet you can’t even imagine a single moment
that could pass smoothly without them. How boring & horrible life would
have been without friends. Whatsapp, Facebook, Wechat, Hike, BBM etc. are
surviving & earning just because we all have friends.
“Today, remembering the full marks I
scored in tests doesn’t makes me laugh… but remembering the time I spent with
my friends, whether it was bunking classes or roaming on roads, do make me
laugh!” -APJ ABDUL KALAM
But things have quiet changed now. People have
changed. Now, even after seeing some friend in public we act as if we haven’t
seen them & we just walk away if they don’t come & initiate the
conversation. But, that’s not the way things should be going on.
Friends hold a very special place in
our life- A place that nothing can ever fill. Sometimes, we can’t share the way
we feel with our family members, but the same thing can be easily shared with
friends. They don’t just understand us… but also help us to set things
straight. If we are coming from outside town, instead of asking our cousins to
pick us up from bus stop or railway station, we prefer to call friends at 3 am
& ask them. Friendship is a topic you need to talk about… you can find its
importance it’s your everyday life.
So, break all the inhibitions. Thank
all your friends for being there with you in all the situations. Apologize to
those whom you are having fights etc., even if it wasn’t your mistake. The
relation is more important than your ego!
Friendship
is all about enjoying. It’s not necessary that you share everything with them…
but make sure, whatever you share is true.
“It’s not
about it happens yaar… it’s about teri e kismet nyaari hai…
It’s not
about sorry yaar, it was my mistake… it’s about chal chhod, vese galti saari
teri e h…
It’s not
about that was just bad luck, it’s about tu hai e manhoos”
Whether you abuse them or appreciate
them, in the end, its friends that make the day complete!
Don’t get so
much into work & all that you start ignoring friends.
“Your work won’t take care of you
when you’ll fall ill… your friends & family will.”
“Friends make bad times good &
good times unforgettable”
“When we’re with friends… we laugh more
than we breathe”
