Music is magic!
We all have
different identity, different personality, and different mindsets. There are
hundreds of things that others like but we don’t… similarly, there are even
more things that we like but others don’t. But, there is one thing that no one
hates- MUSIC!
Every human being whether he is a
kid or a 70 year old man- all love music. There tastes may vary but their
liking for music is a common thing.
“Divided by
minds,
United by music!”
Listening to music doesn’t just make us forget
our worries but also provides a plenty of other benefits too.
It is an
anti-depression dose, & like a medicine for all those who suffer from
heart- diseases or respiratory- diseases. Musical sounds have the capability to
boost up our mood.
Try analyzing
your behavior in some party & while being at some other place, you’ll find
that whenever you are near loud music- you are more cheerful & more
energetic as compared to you when not listening to music.
Music hits
our mind directly & that too in one of the key areas that results in making
us relaxed & happy. Researches have shown that people who listen to music
for around 45 minutes each day are tend to be more cheerful, energetic & focused!
“Music is
the only thing that hits you… but doesn’t pain. It relieves you.”
Music helps
us in increasing our energy efficiency by between 1 & 3 percent- this is
the main reason why we find loud music being played in all the gyms! Moreover,
tuning to your favorite song can help you in controlling your blood pressure
& heart-beat rate. A research says that music can cure insomnia too about
90% if the patient listens to music for about one hour every day.
Besides these
medical benefits, music is equally relevant tool in psychology too. Music actually
expresses our feelings. When our mind fails to give words to what it is going
through, it associates with some kind of particular song or music. We can also
guess what one is going through just by asking his/her favorite song!
“Music is
the language we use when we fall short of words to express what we wish to..”
“When you’re
happy- you enjoy the music…
When you’re
sad- you understand the lyrics!”
Tensed?? Ill? Bored??
Calm down,
just pick your phone up, headphones in… high volume… let the world go to
hell..!!! Enjoy..!!! ;)
