“Life is unfair…”- is that so??

“I did all that one should & need to do. And they were never serious enough, they never made efforts for it, they did not deserve. I worked the hardest for it. Still they succeeded; & I failed. Life is so unfair to me…”
I can’t even recall the exact number of persons I heard saying this sentence- “Life is so unfair to me…”

Sometimes I also feel the same way… but other times when I look at it from a different angle something completely different appears. We all know that life is a school of hard knocks… perhaps, that “unfairness” was also anther hard knock of life… just another class life took.

Take some time out of your busy schedule & try asking people around you to describe life! Most of them will come up with same answer- “Unfair”. Isn’t it amazing as well as funny that life is unfair to everyone… no one feels life is fair to him/her.

“If life is unfair to everyone… then, isn’t it fair?”

Take a look at the following incident.
This is about two brothers. They had same circle in which they interacted, same facilities & same opportunities. But, one reached the heights in life & the other one ruined his career completely. When asked the reason both came up with the same answer- Life was so unfair. The one who achieved nothing said- “I worked hard, I tried my best but I failed. It wasn’t my mistake… life was so unfair.” The other one said- “I tried & failed, but I didn’t give up… carried on with my efforts & here I am today.”
Okay, let’s suppose that yeah, life is unfair but still it’s no reason for giving up.

“Many of life’s failures are those people who never knew how close they were to success when they gave up!”

Everyone who is something in his life today has faced that so-called unfairness of life but they didn’t give up & today, they not need any kind of introduction… just their name is enough! Bill Gates, Virat Kohli, N.R Narayana Murthy & MS Dhoni are just a few names from that list. They also went through this phase but instead of giving up, they worked harder & met success beyond what they ever dreamed of.

“I went through some bad patches in life but I never thought of giving up. I just kept on trying & trying. And honestly speaking, I never thought I’ll achieve so much so early in my life. Sometimes all that I have achieved looks like a dream only.”
-         Virat Kohli in an interview.

Life has its own ways of teaching & may be, being unfair is just a part of it. The school of life is completely different from the schools we have here. Here, first, the lesson is taught & then the test is taken. But life first takes the exam & then teaches the lesson- that’s the way it works.

“It always rains hardest on the people who deserve sun may be because the life wants to teach them the value of what they are going to get. Only bad times can make you realize the value of good times.”

“If life is unfair… then why this unfair is never in my favor?”

The only thing by which you can win is by never giving up & keeping the tries on!!!

“If you are going through hell… just keep going & soon it’ll come to an end!!!”
